Fashion Biz Warehouse

Fashion Biz is an international corporate apparel business headquartered in New Zealand and is one of the largest wholesale suppliers of uniforms, workwear and promotional garments in Australia. The business previously relied on other agencies for storage and distribution. Until Fashion Biz decided to build for growth by developing a 7,500sqm new facility that includes new offices, showroom and warehouse.

The warehouse included a three-tier racking and conveyor system, extensive roof solar panels and sensors included throughout the building to improve sustainability.

Anthony oversaw the project management and the superintendent, in addition, providing the Client with strategy and commercial advice for the project. The role included providing delivery services advice including project management and superintendency, from concept planning through to delivery and handover. The brief was to deliver a cost effective, high quality and sustainable office space/warehouse to meet the needs of its customers and daily operations within a very aggressive program.
