Australian Border Force – Business Case Feasibilities

Engaged by the Australian Border Force (ABF) to manage feasibility studies to inform the viability of developing industrial support facilities in Western Australia, Darwin and Christmas Island. These developments were identified by ABF as critical to ensuring that appropriate and ongoing land-based logistics support services could be provided to its vessels and general maritime operations. Stage one of the engagement required the completion of Concept Briefs which formed the foundation of the business case funding applications submitted to the Commonwealth.
