The Charter Hall property underwent major upgrades including a new end of trip facility and bike storage area, upgrades to lobbies and amenities, exterior atrium, and a new reception and café area. The refurbishment works were completed to modernise and reinvigorate the building for its tenants and their patrons. Building refurbishment works across 2450sqm of floor space in 42 weeks.
The fully tenanted building remained accessible for the entire duration of the works, with some areas requiring 24/7 access.
Heavy staging and shift work were required in order to achieve project completion within a 42-week program.
The project was delivered in collaboration with building owners Charter Hall, architects Woods agot and engineering consultants NDY.

Anthony was transitioned into the project at a stage while the project was on hold due to budget overruns. I undertook the prole as Project Director to identify the overruns, promote and implement opportunities to recommence the project. The project was subsequently restarted and procured and successfully delivered on-time and on-budget.
