Gap Ridge Industrial (260ha) Estate

The role encompassed project management of the Stage 1 earthworks and subdivision works including construction management and contract administration. And, to assist with Stage 2, 3 and 4 with due diligence and programme management during the pre and post procurement phase. This project constituted a major industrial development in Karratha and is consistent with LandCorp’s objective to deliver a state-wide land and infrastructure development strategy for regional WA in order to maximise economic development, employment and create permanent, sustainable communities. This project is located between Dampier and Karratha in the Pilbara region of Western Australia. Constructed in four stages, the project realised approximately 114 lots for light and general industrial purposes, with an estimated civil works value of $151 million.
