Investa/Eureka QV1 Redevelopment Stage 1

Transitioned into the project at early stage of construction to provide commercial and project direction through the remainder of the project. The project was procured and delivered based on an ECI / D&C basis. It was successfully delivered on-time and on-budget. As a note, during the latter stages of the project, a need for negotiation with the contractor was required to manage a succession of late claims by the contractor.
