We have a diverse range of experience and skills. Experience in early feasibility and development strategies, site selection and acquisition, authority approvals, design management, and extensive experience in procurement and construction management and superintendency.

A Property Specialist with 17 years’ experience managing the development and delivery of significant property assets across a range of industry sectors. Highly experienced in strategic planning, development of procurement strategies, financial analysis, design management, project and asset management through the property development life cycle.
Anthony has worked with major organisations including Australian Border Force, North & South Metropolitan Health Services, Aveo, Frasers, Landcorp, The Salvation Army, Perth Airport, Curtin University, Toll Group, Seaswift, Westpac, Charter Hall, Lendlease, Stockland & Dept of Communities with experience across several States including QLD, WA, SA and NT.
Anthony has a Bachelor of Built Environment and Construction Management with First Class Honours and a Bachelor of Science in Geophysics.

Additionally, I have a track record of assisting SMEs and Indigenous Businesses in achieving growth while ensuring robust governance practices.

Michael Macculloch

A construction professional with a proven history of managing and delivering a wide range of construction projects. This is demonstrated with 15 years of experience working across a wide range of sectors including Education, Defence, Marine & Coastal, Commercial, and Industrial.
Responsible for the delivery of all aspects of a project from inception through to handover, in the roles of client-side and contractor-side project manager. Capable and experienced in managing a project whilst working very closely with the client and their requirements.
Has a strong and practical understanding of the construction elements of a project and insight into the needs and motives of a contractor
