Scope involved delivering retail tenancies, electrical infrastructure upgrades, master programming and other project management related activities.

Retail projects were for new food service outlets in which lessor works required base build structural work, mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, wet and dry fire services works. The subsequent management of the tenant and oversight of tenant’s fitout works.

Simultaneously managed multiple projects across international and domestic airport terminals. Achieving successful completion of all projects on time and under budget within fully operational airport environments.

The role included complex internal stakeholder’s engagement and facilitating stringent construction methodology and health, safety and security procedures. Regular sensitive and cooperative liaison was carried out with leased tenants (e.g. Qantas) who were significantly affected by the works.
