Sea Swift Marine Redevelopment Business Case Concept NT

Oversee and provide project direction on the development of the concept masterplan, concept design development, feasibility and delivery framework. My role commenced upon initial idea being proposed by the Client through to documentation of the redevelopment concept brief. My role is expected to continue through design development, approvals process and construction subject to Board approval 1^st quarter 2020. It’s envisaged the development will be procured through a multi-stage programme utilising various forms of procurement methods. The project aims to have an early works package to de-risk the latent conditions that are likely to be present with the existing marine environment and sub-base of the reclaimed landside component. The key will be to envisage future Client needs and the delivery framework then through applying strong attention to detail develop the design to respond to those key considerations.
