Sigma Distribution and Fulfilment Centre

Sigma Healthcare is an ASX listed wholesale pharmacy group and medicines supplier that undertook a national rollout of new industrial facilities across Australia. Sigma acquired the 3.55-hectare former Swan Brewery site at 10 Craft Street, Canning Vale to construct a new $60 million distribution and fulfilment centre. This facility services pharmacies across the state from Kununurra (3000km north) to Esperance (700km south) of Perth.

The 15,000m2 facility was designed with environmental sustainability at its core, containing maximum insulation to contribute to the temperature-controlled environment needed to protect the essential medications inside. It is fully equipped with state-of-the-art material handling systems and automation technology to improve order fulfilment and distribution of medications to Western Australian pharmacies, hospitals and other healthcare providers.

Anthony led the local project management providing superintendency and contract administration during delivery and supporting the Sigma team during third party automation fit-out and transition.
