Southlands Boulevarde ALDI Supermarket

The project was a re-configuration of Lend Lease’s Southlands Shopping Centre to incorporate a new ALDI supermarket store. The delivery involved the consolidation and reconfiguration of multiple tenancies within a live environment requiring coordination with centre management & tenancy coordination. Anthony’s role was to provide onsite supervisory inspections of the head contractor’s work, providing weekly reports on status, forecast and risk/issues.
